About Robert Parr

I am an accomplished college graduate that is constantly looking to better myself through knowledge and hard work. As a student of Seneca College, I was privileged to meet many amazing people, students and professors that have helped immensely to broaden my horizons. In my retail jobs, I have become better acquainted in seeing different situations from a variety of perspectives. By that I mean I have been required to constantly step outside my comfort zone to exceed at my job, whether that be exceeding the expectations of a customer, company, and overall, both. I excel at adapting and feel that it is a lifelong commitment to learning as you work and that you can never think you know "enough." As I transitioned to remote customer service roles, and business client related deliveries, I have continued to seek out to optimize processes, and improve on best practices. I enjoy thinking outside the box and am always glad to share any thoughts I have that either would improve profits, the organization or forecasts. I have trained multiple associates as well for a variety of retail roles, delivery roles and customer service careers and enjoy helping individuals develop new skills. Overall, I look forward to a career that challenges me and I hope that I can encourage others with my dedication, honesty and commitment.
