Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” in Cluj-Napoca, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience in business, sales, and marketing. I recently served as Coordinator of Volunteers at UNTOLD and NEVERSEA, two of Romania's biggest music festivals, where I coordinated over 350 volunteers. My role focused on training, team management, and conflict resolution, sharpening my leadership and communication skills in high-pressure environments. Entrepreneurially driven, I also launched and ran YourPetShop.ro, an online pet supply store, where I managed everything from marketing and sales to logistics, procurement, stock management, and customer support. This experience gave me practical insights into business operations and the full sales cycle — from strategy to execution. Additionally, during my internship at Canopy – Performance Marketing Agency, I gained skills in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), website auditing, competitive analysis, and social media content writing, working on real client briefs under the guidance of experienced marketers. I am currently open to Sales and Business Development opportunities where I can leverage my people skills, commercial mindset, and operational experience to help businesses grow.
