With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, RPO, and employer branding, I have a passion for delivering resourcing, candidate engagement, and attraction solutions that align with the organisational goals and culture of our clients. At PeopleScout UK, we place the employer brand at the heart of our thinking, bringing it to life to support resourcing across entry level, volume, and senior, professional, and specialist hiring. We support organisations to recruit engaged and inspired talent who deliver superior performance, by developing assessment and selection frameworks that assess strengths, behaviours, and motivation.
