As a kid I grew up racing motocross in Southern California. It was a tough and dangerous sport, but it taught me that life is all about getting back up and fighting for the goals you want to achieve. The mentality that allowed me to become a state champion is the same mindset I bring to achieving complete financial success for our clients. Just after graduating from college I had a life changing experience. I was travelling the country as a professional golfer and I received a call from my Mom. She said, “Honey I have cancer”. I’ll never forget those words. I was devastated. Back then, cancer was a death sentence unlike today. She was a nurse and many of her colleagues told her it was terminal. I refused to accept that my Mom was going to die, so I did what any loving son would do - I became a cancer researcher. I immediately began devouring all I could about methods that could reverse and cure cancer. I called health experts, scientists, MDs - anyone I thought could help. I started my Mom on a regimen backed by science and she willingly went along knowing how much we loved her. That was 25 years ago - and I still have my Mom. The ordeal with my Mom really got me interested in health and nutrition. I still have that passion today. I created a medical concierge team at our firm and it allows us to serve clients beyond just their financial concerns. When they get sick or receive a bad diagnosis, our team consults with their doctors to achieve a better outcome. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wife and my 3 cats - Milo, Gracen, and Boo Bear. We love Charleston SC and you can usually find me at Seabrook Island on a sunny weekend playing golf.
