Throughout my professional journey, I have acquired valuable experience in various roles that have enhanced my technical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. As a Mechanic, I efficiently handled administrative tasks, scheduled appointments, and provided support to other mechanics on jobs. My time at Walmart as a Cashier, Electronic Sales, Cell Phone Repair technician further refined my customer service aptitude, multitasking abilities, and attention to quality. In my most recent role as a Pharmacy Technician at Walmart, I have developed a deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations and patient care. I have effectively interpreted and entered prescriptions, resolved insurance-related issues, and demonstrated meticulousness in medication filling while adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, I have conducted medication and adherence checkups with patients over the phone, showcasing my ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate care. I recently completed my A.A.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Chattahoochee Technical College, where I achieved a GPA of 3.8. This program has equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in software interfacing, computer programming, digital systems, circuit analysis, and computer hardware. Notably, I have successfully undertaken several technical projects, including a robotics product executed through detailed planning, design, circuit building, troubleshooting, and cost evaluation. Moreover, my dedication to learning and assisting others is evident in my experience as a Lab Assistant/Tutor, where I provided technical guidance and tutoring to students in the Engineering lab.
