A registered architect with a focus on forensic investigations, I specialize in Construction Defects, Premises Liability and Professional Liability work for the legal and insurance industries. I am called upon to investigate, building envelope failures, code & ADA compliance, slip/trip/fall accidents, loading dock accidents/failures, wrongful death accidents, foundation/structural failures, construction site accidents (OSHA) and more. For Property Managers, Condo & Homeowner Associations: I investigate: failing building systems, water intrusion, slip/trip/fall accidents, foundation/structural damage, site grading/flooding, design/repair solutions, and more. Projects include condominiums, apartment buildings, town-home developments and mixed use buildings. I work to expand the technical knowledge of my clients to help them grow their understanding of their properties and the interrelationships of the various components. A registered architect with national certification, I have also served as a college educator and a former firefighter/EMT, which collectively provides diverse and unique qualifications, along with the technical depth when serving as an expert witness for either plaintiff or defense clients in litigation matters.
