As a certified warranty repair technician at Taylor Guitars, I have been applying my skills and knowledge in guitar building and repair, ES systems, and NT neck angle adjustments for over nine years. I am passionate about providing quality service and solutions for customers who own Taylor instruments, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I also have extensive experience in pool and backyard design, working with clients who want to create their dream outdoor spaces. I use Structure Studios 3D design software to produce realistic and stunning visualizations of different pool, hardscape, and landscape options, and present them to clients in video format. I also handle construction markups and page layouts for install contractors and permitting requirements. I am proud to be part of the greatest version of humanity our world has ever experienced.
