My Professional Carrer in the Parking Industry over the past 14 years with FLASH Parking / LAZ Parking / & SP+ Parking has led me to work with a list of hotels and with multiple ownership groups. These include Beacon Capital Partners, Cushman & Wakefield, Washington & Reit and Parking Advisors LLC. My list of hotels includes the Ritz Carlton Hotel's, Fairmont Hotel's, Hyatt Hotels, Crown Plaza Hotels, and Marriott Properties. Including Several garage operations were in my portfolio. My relationship with ownership of the building and hotel management is extremely important to my myself, company and the entire operation. I incorporate their needs and wants into my daily scheduling and marketing plan for each location to maximize revenue. I am very time oriented and extremely committed to my job. When I am not working, I always have my email open, and I am available anytime to make sure operation goes exactly to plan. I also have a great network in the Parking Industry. Having worked directly with FLASH PARKING, AMMADO, CVPS, INSIGHT VALET, OPERA, AVPM, METROPOLIS TECH, SPHERE TECH, etc. during my 14 years in the industry.
