9+ years of IT professional experience as a PeopleSoft System Administrator/Architect, managing PeopleSoft applications (FSCM, HCM, CRM, EPM, PORTAL) and multiple enabling technologies (STAT, PHIRE, OEM, ODI, OBIEE, Crystal, nVision, CA ESP, MicroFocus COBOL, Net Express, OPA, SES, UPK, z\​Scope & Datacap) residing on LINUX, IBM AIX and Windows platforms. My experience consists with assisting in Project Planning, Design, Architecture, Implementations, Upgrades, Installations, Setup and Managing PeopleSoft environments (PROD, PERF, UAT, TEST, Training, and DEV) as well as system refreshes, administration, performance tuning, migrations, updates, security, configuration management, product enhancements, high availability and disaster recovery (DR) planning for PeopleSoft applications and other supporting enabling technology applicaitons. While supporting the needs of the functional, development & business Units with any PeopleSoft and/or enabling technology requests or issues by performing root cause analysis, providing corrective actions and implement process improvement procedures to minimize human introduced errors, also performing and managing 24\​7 on-call rotations, implement change controls through change control process while following ITIL best practices.
