About Robert Pugliese

After 50 years in the financial services industry, I retired from the day-to-day involvement at Premier Wealth Management® in 2022. Although I remain as the Chairman of the Board, my primary focus at this time is partnering with interested individuals and firms to help them grow through education, mentoring, and lifestyle and business coaching. Having worked in financial services since 1972, I was engaged in many facets of the industry. In I founded Premier Wealth Management®. Our firm channeled our efforts, and partnered with our advisors, to help them develop a business plan dedicated to their success while giving them the freedom to structure their business in a manner that best serves their clients. For 19 consecutive years Premier was one of the top 10 Enterprise Groups (out of approximately 400) at Cambridge Investment Research. In retirement I now serve on a number of Boards. In addition, I am the founder and Executive Director of the LFA Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and support to those having Autism Spectrum Disorder and Russell Silver Syndrome.
