My hospitality background is diverse with successful sales and hospitality and cruise experience in upholstery, case goods, luxury outdoor and textiles. I've represented factories in China, Vietnam and the United States, and now Chile and Brazil. I am very tuned into sales, training, customer service, manufacturing, new division growth and design. My 20+ year career in the world of sales, training, new business development and team building has given me great insight into all aspects of the hospitality world. I consider myself to be one the most well-rounded and versatile sales and management professionals in hospitality and cruise; able to switch back and forth from C level calls, to solving problems inside a factory, to managing a sales team. Motivating, friendly, out-going and truly able to build and nurture key relationships are some of the my strongest traits.
