About Robert Pulwicki

With everything I do, I am relentless, honest, and have a continual thirst for knowledge. Seeing improvements in other people's health is my biggest motivator. My combination of diverse and perhaps unorthodox skills have shaped me to be the ideal person for improving the health of those around me (who knew jumping out of a helicopter would have that affect). My love for health stems from the outdoors. My parents raised me in the mountains and I continue to travel there in pursuit of happiness. It also serves as a training ground for my skills which I have developed over time. Here are some key skills I learned outside that I bring to the table everywhere I go- A huge stamina. This is what people notice about me the most. I am willing to keep going even when all signs say to stop. Sometimes this approach has failed me, but I will exhaust all options before quitting crosses my mind- Restoration. I get energized by things going wrong, and am confident in the solutions I come up with to restore or improve a situation- Precision (this is where the part about helicopters come in). Every detail counts and I DO sweat the small stuff. Taking extra care to ensure everything is accounted for has saved me grief countless times, so I am more than willing to put in extra effort to keep things tight. These are some recent examples of successes that stem from my skills- Finishing the Calgary Marathon - I set a goal of 3.5 hours and that is what I finished in. Having a support team to cheer me on undoubtedly got me to the finish line faster- Finishing 6th in the Mile-high Triathlon - This was my first time competing in a triathlon and I got to really test my fitness at a competitive level- Becoming a Rappel Wildland firefighter - The selection process is very competitive. Trying to consistently perform while being physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted has developed more grit and precision in my life- Graduating University - Because of this I am better equipped to serve those around me.
