About Robert Rasor

I currently am the owner of Rasor Creative LLC. A technology company that offers cutting-edge solutions to clients looking to create visual stories via the latest videography techniques, web development and app creation, marketing consultation and audio production. I am also a radio host and lead content producer 6 days a week in Alpine Texas. I have a vast background of knowledge in production design and marketing. I have a knowledge base of an array of software programs I use to create the best possible product for our clients. I'm also the IT department for our station as well due to my problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Photoshop, Web Development, Audio Engineering and Content Production are my strong suits during this job, as well as business management and leadership. My academic career helped me succeed in the world of computer science, particularly Software Engineering. As a person in their 30s I was able to help teach students at Sul Ross State University for two semesters. I introduced them to the basic concepts of C# on the.NET framework, Full Stack development, Data Structures and Intro to Algorithms. I also tutored and trained faculty members on the basics of coding, programming and understanding algorithms. I enjoy working in both Software Engineering and Content Creation very much, but I enjoy a lot of things and this is where I'm perplexed, haha. I love to inspire, create and be inspired. This is a cycle I can run on for the rest of my life. I have used learning and growing from others as the motivation to reach my daily, yearly, and lifetime goals. I am currently employed and also have two side jobs. Not for money but for the pleasure of creating something I'm passionate about. I am currently open to any career path that will allow me to travel the world. I have the skills, reliability, and trustworthiness to be "Go-To Guy" in any career path or project I'm working on. I'm proud to be someone people can turn to when they need something done in an innovative/unorthodox way. I challenge myself by finding multiple paths to achieve a comprehensive outcome. Instead of settling on something, I'll map out my path to the desired outcome and reverse engineer it so I can maximize the value of every second I spend on it in hopes of it aiding me in future projects. The biggest virtue I have learned so far is to be fearless, learn to adapt and be the first to admit when I'm wrong.
