About Robert Ratcliffe

I am an experienced professional in the field of Investigations, having spent over thirty (30) years as a municipal police officer and nearly six (6) years in government agency employment investigations. I have an extensive background in public safety internal affairs and backgrounds as well as government employment investigations. Government employment includes but not limited to discrimination, unfair labor practice, incompetence and / or poor workmanship allegations, and hostile work environment. As a former police executive and command staff member I have extensive experience with policy analysis and development. Additionally, I served as a police association president and board member for several years as a part of my law enforcement career. This allowed me to understand labor relations and contract negotiation practices. My overall experience in all of these areas has led me to a clear and expert understanding of employment investigations, human resource rules, and workplace requirements. My personal motto in conducting investigations is derived from the Latin term,"Quaerite verum". seek the truth. I take pride in the work and will always make every effort to use facts and evidence to uncover the truth in whatever matter is being investigated.
