About Robert Reess

Promoting positive relationships in our neighborhoods! Since 1980 I have lived in Florida. Orlando, Tampa, New Smyrna Beach, and Jupiter have been called home. I recently moved to The Villages. During my twenty-plus years of service in the USAF, I bought and sold my home at each assignment. After doing this a few times, I fell in love with real estate and bought, renovated and sold homes in my spare time. I obtained my first sales agents license in Texas and sold properties at the upscale fly-in community of Horseshoe Bay. In Dover, DE, I obtained a contractor's license and built a magnificent 4100 sq ft home that was publicly viewed every year for 30 + years as a showcase home, annually, during Dover Days. Upon leaving the United States Air Force, I obtained a FL sales agent license, a FL community association manager license and subsequently a FL Real Estate Broker license making Florida real estate sales and purchases my second career. My formal education includes Lafayette College, Rutgers University, University of Nebraska (BGE), Southern Illinois University (MBA) and Florida Institute of Technology (MSSM). As an advocate of education and learning, my interest in real estate provoked me to earn many National Association of Realtor®, Florida Realtors® and local real estate board designations, certifications and other specific training certificates which have been paramount in helping my clients obtain the best possible contract solution whether, Seller, Buyer or Investor. While working in fast moving, upscale environments, my goal is always to assure clients delight and supreme satisfaction in each and every transaction.
