About Robert Rheault

As a Lead Project Manager with extensive international experience, I have been creating and generating business value within the Volvo Group for over sixteen years. My skills directly contribute to the Volvo Group achieving strategic objectives and reaching high level of quality and efficiency by using innovative and modern frameworks, processes and solutions. For more than thirty five years, I have been working with different business sectors such as Distribution, Manufacturing, Communication, Finance, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Information Technology. My expertise with leading and coaching Cross-Functional Agile Teams with a strong focus on Business Value, combined with a vast experience with technology, business architecture, as well as with financial and administrative processes, enables me to successfully lead complex assignments and exceed stakeholders’ goals and expectations. I have held line management positions in large companies such as: Norsk Hydro; Cascades Group; Cogeco Cable Canada and more recently at Prevost (Volvo Bus) when I joined the Volvo Group in 2005. I transitioned to Volvo IT in March 2007 as a Project Manager and in my current role with the Volvo Group, I have successfully led major global projects, within Manufacturing, Infrastructure & Operations, Application Development and other business areas. I am currently based at the Mack Trucks World Headquarters in Greensboro, NC.
