As the Director of Business Lending at Clearview Federal Credit Union my responsibilities include: 1) Managing the workflow and all aspects of the business lending process 2) Coordinating the business development activities to ensure effective and efficient portfolio growth 3) Credit Management: managing the credit approval process, loan structuring and loan approvals 4) Asset Quality: managing the credit review/renewal process and monitoring credit quality 5) Revising and developing policies, procedures and programs 6) Coaching and mentoring commercial loan officers in business development and relationship management 7) Strategic Planning: actively involved in the development and achievement of institutional goals. With experience in team leadership and management, I’ve also led and managed a regional team where I was consistently recognized for generating profits and growth, organizational improvement and exceeding client expectations.
