About Robert Robles

Robert Robles, CRPC®, is the Resident Director of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management at the Galleria office in north Dallas, TX. He serves two roles both as a Wealth Management Advisor and branch manager. In the Resident Director/branch manager role, his mission is to see every advisor excel in their professional lives by offering professional development, guidance, capital for growth, and other resources as fuel for their success to deliver the breadth, depth, and scale of products and services offered by Merrill. He Does this by learning about each advisor in depth, their team, business model, client book of business, product set, business routines & processes, areas of focus, and growing pain points. With this understanding, he works with his people to create a practice plan with regular check-ins on progress, successes, and opportunities. He tries to lead by example and live the Standard, set by his market, to push himself and his people to be the best they can be. This is accomplished by increasing efficiency, reducing wasted time, working smarter, and improving end-service to his people. Rob is actively but selectively hiring qualified candidates who want to be the best in this industry and grow their Wealth Management practice by joining the elite Standard-setters in the Galleria Office.
