About Robert Robops Coons

I help leaders focus on the mission without having to wade through spreadsheets to understand their greatest opportunities and areas of concern.RobOps are templates, tactics, and systems that help your growing company perform at a high level. Ranging from CRM guides, communications policies, meeting systems, and more; RobOps create order, establish sources of truth within your organization, and drive proactive progress by freeing your teams from reactivity.I have over a decade of “full stack” revenue experience - direct sales & sales management, all things marketing (performance, automation, content), and systems to manage increased throughput. This includes years as a venture-backed CEO, so I align revenue operations to the strategic measures required to take your team to the next round.Chess legend Rudolph Spielmann said it best, “play the opening like a book, the middle game like a magician, and the endgame like a machine.” My process starts with proven tactics, then identifies advantages, and presses that advantage to the point of diminishing returns.
