For the past four years, I've been immersed in the world of IAM technology, specializing in Okta. In my previous role as a Technical Support Engineer and now as a Technical Team lead for CGS, I've excelled in resolving complex technical issues, designing and implementing IAM solutions, and providing expert guidance to clients and colleagues. I'm proud to be associated with CGS, a trusted vendor for Okta, where I had the privilege to learn a lot of the skills I currently know. This experience has allowed me to consistently deliver exceptional support and drive positive outcomes for organizations of all sizes.
