About Robert Rohlin

As a Senior Curriculum Architect and Presales Software Engineer with over two decades of experience, I have learned to use AI tools and workflow automation to expedite the creation of custom courses for key customers. My passion lies in making others successful by creating and delivering training that enables clients to reduce costs, achieve greater ROI, and reduce the human effort required to solve repetitive problems. I have led teams and managed complex projects in educational efforts and resolving critical situations at customer sites. I developed presales curriculum content that influenced 7- and 8-figure sales to the CIA, Defense Information Systems Agency, and branches of the U.S. military. The hands-on presales courses I created for these organizations enabled potential clients to see how they could solve real-world problems in their environments, directly contributing to securing significant contracts by demonstrating tailored solutions. During my tenure with IBM and Micromuse, I developed hands-on technical courses for cloud-based alert management, GIS-enabled service topology, and incident resolution. Listening deeply to client needs, I provided tailored solutions that addressed immediate and long-term challenges and often uncovered new sales opportunities by asking probing questions. With my reputation for bringing calm to a situation, I was often asked to resolve critical technical issues for high-value customers, such as Hydro Québec and the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. I earned commendations for my effectiveness in high-stakes situations. I use mind-mapping techniques to quickly organize customer problems and create phased implementation plans to address them. As Director of Manufacturing and Marketing at Daimler-Benz, I managed a $22 million budget, started an ISO 9002-certified computer manufacturing facility, directed the creation of marketing literature, and created a distribution network of 1,700 U.S. dealers. I traveled to Taiwan to negotiate key part supplies with manufacturers. My focus is now on workflow automation using AI tools.
