About Robert Ronny

I've worked for two biggest TV Network in Indonesia, Trans TV and RCTI. During 8 years working TV Industry, I've created and produced more than 40 different TV shows, from Variety Show, Music Show, Comedy, Sitcom, TV Drama Series, and Movie made for TV. In 2008 I've received a scholarship and grants to further my study in film directing in New York City. In New York, I've written,produced and Directed 12 short films. My last short film,"City of Sadness" has been selected in several International Film Festival throughout the world. In 2011 I've directed two feature films in Indonesia. First is an crime drama omnibus titled "DILEMA" which won Best Feature in 2012 International Detective Film Festival in Moscow. My second feature film titled "HATTRICK", it's an action sport comedy about underground football tournament. Both films are wide released nationally in Indonesia. I also help produced first feature film project of HBO Asia titled "Dead Mine". It's a horror action with international cast and crew. It was distributed all around the world In 2014 I've co-founded a film studio in Indonesia, LEGACY PICTURES. Our first project is a romantic comedy titled "KAPAN KAWIN?" that garnered a lot of accolades. Legacy Pictures also produced and release KARTINI and Firegate. Legacy Pictures also collaborate with several film companies to produce and release many films such as, Miles Film - Ada Apa dengan Cinta 2, Starvision - CRITICAL ELEVEN, Screenplay films - I love you from feet, Orang Kaya Baru, Jailangkung, Hit and Run, GUNDALA. In 2019 I established Paragon Pictures, partnered with Andi. S Boediman founder and owner of Ideosource Entertainment. Paragon Pictures is An IP based production house that produced high quality feature films. We will release two feature films Nation wide in 2021. LOSMEN BU BROTO in November 18th,2021 and BACKSTAGE in December 30th, 2021.
