About Robert Rose

I am a Management and Information Technology professional with years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Technical Program Manager/Program Manager and Strategic Program Capture Manager to Federal Government customers. I have taught at the college level as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the areas of information systems and computer science, have served as a Vice President of Technical Service Operations as well as a Vice President of Federal Sales. I have been involved with hundreds of Federal procurements (RFP's/RFQ's) both as an individual contributor as well as the lead Capture Manager resulting in contract awards of over $4 billion dollars during my tenured career. Extensive experience as a strategic adviser and thought partner to Federal Sales Teams on subjects relating to engineering solutions relative to customer requirements, business issues including procurement/capture strategy, contract terms and conditions, pricing, proposal management, risk mitigation, get-well plans, engineering change proposals, authoring and negotiating teaming agreements, contract modifications as well as post award contract management. Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contracting administration policies and procedures. I am also a US Navy Veteran.
