I focus on making complex software rollouts work in the real world. Over the past decade, I’ve led SaaS implementations for federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and global franchise networks. My approach is simple: remove friction, line up dependencies, and prove value early so adoption sticks. Some examples: I coordinated eight Agile teams to modernize USDA’s public platforms used by field offices. At SproutLoud, I built a migration framework that let the company onboard 60+ distributed brands and launch the MVP with Erie Insurance, driving $1M+ ARR. Earlier, as a VP of Operations and franchise owner, I rebuilt CRM onboarding and trained 200+ franchisees in 17 countries, cutting support complaints by 75%. I bring a mix of Product Manager/Product Owner experience and hands-on implementation leadership.
