My ambition to develop great customer experiences, combined with my EQ skills in leadership, has shown that I have what it takes to deliver desired results in projects and assignments I agree to be responsible for. The results I deliver are usually measured in growth and profitability, but my focus is always on the key drivers and actions behind the results. The latest project I agreed to be responsible for was to develop and ensure great customer experiences at Alandia for our boat insurance customers in our customer service unit. Nowadays Alandia is one of the leading boat insurance companies in the Nordic region. From this project, as well as from a few other projects, I have a proven track record of driving annually steady, profitable growth. Key drivers behind the results are highly satisfied and loyal customers combined with a leadership style that promotes psychological safety. My education, a master's degree from Hanken School of Economics, has given me a comprehensive theoretical background that has helped me succeed in various projects I have agreed to be responsible for.
