Strategic and mission-driven executive with 20+ years of global experience in sustainable sourcing, supply chain transformation, and international manufacturing across apparel, textiles, consumer goods, and biomaterials. I’ve led and scaled global operations for both established brands and early-stage ventures, driving growth through ethical sourcing, ESG-aligned practices, and supply chain innovation. As COO of Uncaged Innovations, a venture-backed biomaterials startup, I helped launch a next-generation plant-based leather alternative, built global supply chain infrastructure, and initiated the company’s production transition to Asia. Prior to that, I led Val d’Or Apparel, where I built a $38M global manufacturing and sourcing business, overseeing operations across Haiti, Jordan, Asia, and the U.S, and servicing some of the world’s most recognizable brands. I’m now supporting Uncaged in a consulting capacity during its scale-up phase, while actively exploring full-time executive opportunities where I can apply my operational expertise, sourcing leadership, and sustainability focus to a mission-driven organization. I’m particularly energized by companies at the intersection of circularity, innovation, and ethical manufacturing - whether advancing new biomaterials, improving supply chain traceability, or scaling responsible production across global operations.
