Over the years, I’ve led workforce training and enablement programs that didn’t just check boxes — they transformed how teams learn, perform, and stay safe. At one aerospace site, I helped roll out a leadership development program that reached over 900 employees. At another, I pioneered VR simulations to onboard new operators faster and more effectively. I’ve built apprenticeship programs, modernized legacy systems, and worked across every level — from frontline crews to senior leadership. My passion? Bridging the gap between people and performance.
