About Robert Sampson

Bob is a Xerox Production Color Consultant specializing in digital color imaging technology, color management and printing operations management with over 35 years experience in the commercial and in-plant printing industries. He is also an IDEAlliance Certified G7 Expert. His operations management and consulting experience encompasses offset and digital printing. He managed commercial and in-plant operations for ten years. He’s been delivering print based communication solutions and services to clients in the graphic arts, financial, legal, industrial, healthcare, advertising and public sector markets for the last twenty-one years. Bob attended Iowa State University where he studied architecture. He also attended the Rochester Institute of Technology where he studied imaging technologies with an emphasis on digital color imaging. He has also received technical and managerial training from APICS, IPMA, Arthur Andersen & Co, Covey Institute, GATF, IDEAlliance, EFI and Xerox. Bob lives in the Chicago Metropolitan area. He’s married and has three children. His hobbies include spending time with his family, making music and participating in a wide variety of outdoor activities.
