I also have knowledge of Basic SQL, SQL-based programs, and SAP, which has been highly valuable in my professional journey.One of my proudest achievements is my experience in management and leadership roles. Over the years, I have held various positions that required providing direction and guidance to ensure a smooth workflow. I find great fulfillment in effectively leading teams and fostering cohesion.In my most recent role as a Maintenance Administrator at REHAU Construction LLC, my responsibilities were diverse and allowed me to showcase my skills. I successfully troubleshooted IT tasks, handled purchasing duties, and effectively coordinated with German-speaking vendors. Managing the plant budget was also one of my key responsibilities, where my keen eye for detail and financial acumen proved valuable. During a time when the Maintenance Manager position was vacant, I took on the role pro tempore, ensuring the team's cohesion and productivity.Before my time at REHAU Construction, I served as a Maintenance Administrator at REHAU Automotive LLC. In this role, my focus was on developing and enhancing maintenance programs. Assigning tasks to technicians and providing support to the purchase agent were also among my responsibilities. I actively engaged with customer auditors, providing them with the necessary metrics and KPIs, as I believe that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.My earlier career also included valuable experiences in customer service roles at Lowe's Home Improvement, Xerox (on behalf of Verizon Wireless), and Shopko.
