About Robert Schmitz

Robert's passion for athleticism, health, and training began early stemming from his high school, college and semi pro football involvement. Through these rigorous training programs, Robert gained the necessary knowledge to train and transform one's body to perform optimally. Robert further expanded his skill set and experience as an assistant strength coach for the Milwaukee Bucks. Robert joined Pete Mueller Performance group over seven years ago and since has been able to train clients of all ages and athletic levels, together achieving each individual's goals. Robert has specialized experience in one on one training as well as group classes focusing on athletic performance and general fitness. He has had success training youth, prepping high school students for D1 sports programs, empowered and rehabilitated clients experiencing years of pain, and improved movement patterns of the elderly. Robert's strong sense of compassion and his own struggles dealing with injuries allows him to empathize with his clients and use his own personally tested methods to help achieve client goals. His training philosophy includes the main phases of strength training, proper form, and a strict adherence to injury prevention. Robert intends to bring out the inner athlete of his clients to foster improvements.
