Customers like my No-Brainer: from any part change to improve part or assembly, over possibilities to change to a better or better valued plastic, cycle time & wall thickness optimization, better or more efficient assembly - the whole bunch of state of the art CAE like Moldflow, CAD create a very customer feedback. Tool sourcing worldwide. For each type of demand, toolmaker protfolios are established. I NEVER build tools around impossible or critical parts, never! All tools are build for the widest possible process window, so the DFM stage influence the parts. The combination makes a tool perfectly running!
