I have extensive experience in Facility Management within the retail sector, gained in roles focused on technical support and coordination of maintenance for store networks across Europe. My daily responsibilities include cost analysis, offer preparation, technical supervision, and managing projects related to store closures, debranding, and restoring rental spaces to the condition agreed with landlords (e.g. shell condition or technically neutral). I lead HVAC modernization and installation projects, coordinate subcontractors, align technical scopes with property managers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. I work closely with international retail clients (in the DACH region), allowing me to operate effectively across various business models – service, investment, and technical maintenance. I combine technical knowledge with an operational and business-oriented approach, focusing on quality execution and long-term client relationships.
