At Cabot Corporation, Rob led a team which developed a new North American strategy resulting in a major turn-around in profitability. As the first global business leader of the “Industrial Rubber Products” Division, Rob led product and market strategy for the automotive industry and directed global R&D initiatives. As the Director of Marketing in Asia, Rob developed and executed strategic changes which doubled sales. At Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Rob led project, operations and engineering teams in launching innovative new products, improving product performance and reducing manufacturing cost. Rob earned his MBA at the Harvard Business School and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
