Mr. Shegda is an alumnus of Pennsylvania State University, having graduated with a degree in Integrative Arts. His career has encompassed a diversity of roles in various industries.Beginning his professional journey as a full-time professional caddy at the world renowned Philadelphia Cricket Club, Union League National, and Union League at Liberty Hill. This experience allowed him to cultivate valuable skills such as attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and the ability to function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Transitioning into the digital sphere, he served as a Digital Content Developer for a webspace development firm. Here, he honed his expertise in website development, graphic design, and content creation. Collaborating with clients across multiple sectors, allowed him to gain experience in a variety of digital marketing initiatives.Subsequently, he advanced to the position of Sales Manager at a home remodeling company in the greater Philadelphia area. While overseeing the sales process, he simultaneously managed client relationships, and drove revenue growth. This role allowed him to further develop his sales skills, broaden his knowledge of the home remodeling industry, and refine his skills in team management.Currently, he functions as a Project Manager for a home remodeling company specializing in insurance restoration projects. In this role, he oversees the complete restoration process, from initial assessment to final project completion. This role has enabled him to hone his project management skills, deepen his understanding of the insurance industry, and refine his capacity to manage complex projects while overseeing the sales team and their operations.Throughout his career, he has maintained an unwavering commitment to diligence, exactitude, and adaptability. He is enthusiastic about delivering work of unparalleled quality and providing exceptional customer service, and constantly in search of new challenges to push himself and achieve professional growth. Outside of his career, he is an enthusiastic outdoorsman and foodie; spending his leisure time fly fishing, kayaking, exploring new streams, shore-points, golf courses and restaurants, and other opportunities to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the world, to embrace the beauty of nature while staying mentally and physically fit. Additionally, he remains actively connected with his college and high school colleagues through golf, soccer, traveling, and fishing.
