As the Wastewater Operations Supervisor for the City of Tolleson, Arizona, I oversee the daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility and collection system, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and environmental sustainability. With multiple certifications in wastewater treatment and collection, I am committed to upholding the highest standards in water resource management. In addition to my primary role, I serve as the Vice Chair for the citizen's water advisory committee for the City of Goodyear, where I contribute to water resource planning and conservation efforts, helping to shape policies that promote sustainability for future generations. Community service has always been a priority in my career. As a member of the Arizona Rangers, I have held key positions in State Community Relations and State Social Media Management, strengthening public outreach efforts, managing communications, and fostering positive engagement with the public. In addition to my public service and operational leadership, I founded Code Blue Woodworks, a custom woodworking business specializing in handcrafted wooden flags and signs. This entrepreneurial endeavor reflects my passion for craftsmanship and creativity. My professional journey also includes experience as a commercial driver, where I managed aggregate hauling, landscape material delivery, and armored vehicle transportation—demonstrating adaptability, logistical expertise, and a strong work ethic. Throughout my career, I have developed a broad skill set that includes team leadership, strategic planning, technical operations, and crisis management. My certifications in hazardous materials handling and wastewater treatment further underscore my commitment to environmental responsibility and safety.
