With over 35 years of experience in leading groups, teams, systems, and organizations, I am proudly providing Executive Leadership Services and Consultation in the areas of Organizational Culture, CEO & Superintendent Development and Mentoring, Human Resources, Executive-Board Relations, Accountability, Finance, Operations, and more. Effective relationships form the cornerstone of organizational culture, breaking down barriers and developing trust. Strong leaders emphatically listen and seek to understand the perspectives of ALL team members, while constantly looking for opportunities to help and serve. Having humbly served as the Superintendent of Schools of the Catasauqua Area School District for over 20 years, organizational culture is a priority of mine. Culminating in 5-Time #1 Top Workplace, Medium Sized Organization Awards, along with "Clued In Leadership" and "Doers" Awards since 2019, this established Leader firmly believes that effective Human Resource policies, practices, and leadership lead to a highly effective and efficient organization.
