Demonstrated creative thinking skills that lend themselves to innovative program development and implementation. The skill set I’ve developed is highly applicable to a training setting where solid interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills are an advantage. My goal is simple; I invite people into the heart of the program by creating a connection through their passion, their purpose, and their unlimited potential. That skill set includes the ability to see the big picture and think “outside the box,” as well as teach, mentor, and coach, and counsel individuals in a learning environment. I am highly motivated and committed to creating a positive learning environment by building a high degree of rapport with participants. I am then adept at motivating people to overcome their personal obstacles. I would like to personally help people set goals and cope with change. I offer the unique combination of teamwork skills that enhance organizational cohesiveness, strategic planning skills that ensure successful programs and people-oriented guidance that yields productivity and high morale.
