I have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications, as I have been responsible over time for both COTS products from portfolio (such as document management system, BPM solution, electronic registry, electronic services portal) and custom-developed software tailored to the specific needs of each project. My hands-on experience in software engineering, people management, project management, mentoring, presales and technical recruitment allow me to have an overview of the company's main delivery and development processes, thus being able to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
