About Robert Sterian

Full-Stack Developer, Mobile App Developer, and Web Scraping Specialist with experience building scalable web and mobile applications as well as high-performance data extraction systems. I work across the full stack using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React Native, Expo, and Supabase, developing modern user interfaces, APIs, and backend systems that support reliable and scalable products. I also specialize in web scraping and data extraction, building robust pipelines using Puppeteer, Playwright, Cheerio, and Apify to collect and process data from complex and dynamic websites. My backend experience includes designing and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and building APIs that support data-heavy applications and services. In addition, I work with AI tools and prompt engineering, creating workflows that integrate modern AI models into development processes and applications. I enjoy building products end-to-end — from frontend interfaces and mobile apps to backend services and large-scale data pipelines.
