Throughout my career, I have successfully managed numerous mission-critical projects to improve awareness, efficiencies and productivity for large, matrixed organizations. I offer a collaborative approach that involves working closely with cross-functional teams and multiple departments to facilitate important initiatives, resolve various process issues and implement optimal solutions for both on-site and off-site locations. As a self-starter with a persistent desire to succeed in whatever I do, I have an inherent ability to identify and remove barriers to operational excellence. In addition to my deep abilities to develop and implement workable solutions that fuel the success of tactical business initiatives, I have a proven record of harnessing technology to meet changing business needs and automation requirements. One of my most recent achievements has been to organize and administer Southern California Edison's critical Wildfire Mitigation Plan since 2018.
