I am a Professional Mechanical Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor/Planner with twenty years of industrial and commercial experience within the Mining Industry,Nuclear sector, and Manufacturing Industry along with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to prioritize and organize while completing tasks as scheduled. I was the Oracle single point of contact for Potashcorp surface maintenance as well as being responsible for Picadilly Mill planning/scheduling. My key responsibilities are managing overall outage and project scopes equipment health through the use of Oracle asset hierarchy. I was also project manager for transforming a CMMS legacy system to Oracle business process to completion, while meeting quality standards and schedules. Along with my construction supervision experience I am very diverse in critical Planning/scheduling of plant maintenance. In conjunction with my Supervision and planning experience I am well advanced within CMMS data programs and manage the day to day activity through SAP-PM to ensure all Preventative and Corrective Maintenance as well as the proper procurement procedures are being followed as set out by the company policy. I was also responsible for inventory control policies, within Oracle. In addition to my work as a Project Manager, I have over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at a supervisory levels • Acting as an on-site contact between company and customer representatives, and • Providing support in permitry operations, technical troubleshooting and schedule areas.
