I consider it a great honor to be able to help connect people to their next career. To hear individuals excited to receive the news of the next steps in their interviewing process and to receive the news of their job offer is music to a recruiter ears. This is done by me being enthusiastic on what I do, staying knowledgeable with current trends, and being driven to find the right person for the right career. I have experience in full life cycle recruiting, project management, committees, work with a team, able to work alone, organized, work location: onsite, remote, or hybrid. I have a strong track record of elevating morale, problem solving, building relationships, trusted advisor, communication, and passion for candidate care. In a day where people might feel they are considered to be a number, or feel pushed away due to artificial intelligence, I still consider people as humans. And humans have a desire to utilize their skills to obtain their purpose and reach their goals. I like, and want, to help people reach their goals.
