With over 30 years of experience in operations management and financial leadership, I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional who specializes in turnarounds and reorganizations of document outsourcing services across industries. I am currently the National Director of Operations and Service Delivery for Canada at Exela Technologies, one of the leading independent business process automation companies in the world.In this role, I manage and direct the operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction of 38 locations in Canada, overseeing one of the largest revenue-generating portfolios in the country. I have successfully led the transformation and improvement of several financially troubled operational areas in major Fortune 500 commercial client companies, achieving significant increases in profitability, efficiency, and quality. I am also responsible for administering inventory control management of 250 customer products valued at $120M. I am passionate about delivering excellence, building relationships, and developing high-functioning teams in a culture of respect, integrity, and collaboration.
