About Robert Swift

For almost fifteen years, I have been a quality assurance lead on teams that have successfully delivered products across a wide range of industry verticals, including entertainment, cellular communications, and education. I thrive in a collaborative environment, value curiosity, and embrace a continuous improvement mindset. I am comfortable with a variety of delivery methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches. At my core, I highly value personal interaction and connection, and this extends outside of work to my 15 year career as a high school track and field coach. I believe that great work comes from teams that feel empowered and connected to each other, and I strive to make sure that people on my teams have all the resources they need to deliver successfully at a high quality bar. I am looking to not only grow my technical skills, continue to deliver quality products, but also help build and lead teams in a similar direction.
