About Robert Tatar

As a Senior Project Manager, I have a solid background and several years of extensive hands-on project management experience in IBM and AT & T with delivery and implementation of network infrastructure projects of WAN/SD-WAN, Campus and Data Center environment for both internal and external customers. I have been managing and leading network infrastructure projects such as delivery of telco managed network services, hardware refreshes, new network deployments or global network transformation projects/programs such as SD-WAN. I am used to work in international IT environment dealing with global and cross-functional teams, and collaborating with internal and external parties, vendors and suppliers. My key focus is to ensure that all projects are completed on time and in line with business requirements and customer needs, while maintaining regular stakeholder checkpoints and communication, financial reporting, and installation deliverables. I am a result oriented person with strong attention to detail and always keen on understanding technical solution, business value and customer needs to better and effectively manage all aspects of project towards successful completion. In addition to my PM experience, I have a basic knowledge of business control process and SOX compliance testing and I am PMI certified and poses ITIL foundation certificate.
