I began my career in the 90s, working my way through a series of technical support and project management roles to increasingly gain responsibility and establish a broad range of skills. I’ve worked for global organizations in a 24/7/365 environment, providing mission-critical support, and have made a significant impact on network performance for many employers. For Heinz, I participated on several global project teams to streamline IT systems and processes. At Jamieson Laboratories, I upgraded the SharePoint environment and engaged with multiple departments to use it for improving processes. Finally, at Creative Realities, I significant reduced monthly expenses and provided better system resources by migrated all client environments to the AWS Cloud.
