I am a professional retailer with over 30 years retail experience including owning my own business, corporate retail operations, franchising, project management, people development, merchandising and extensive multisite experience. I am a leader with proven leadership and management abilities and have a high attention to detail; I enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders and am passionate and driven in offering excellent customer service whilst maintaining brand integrity. I have proven ability to manage a team of people, been accountable for driving store performance, set up and opening of retail shops, franchisee, management and staff recruitment, training and inductions within WA/SA/NT region. I am a proven leader with management experience and have a high attention to detail & presentation; I enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders and am passionate and driven in offering excellent customer service whilst maintaining brand integrity. I have proven ability to manage a team of people, been accountable for driving store profitability & sales performance, setting up and opening of retail shops, developing franchisees, as well as management and staff recruitment, training and inductions.
