After twenty-five years in multiple finance roles, I have become very proficient in all aspects of a companies financial and accounting operation - financial reporting, planning, analysis, audits/controls, budget development, process improvement, revenue and expense forecasting, cash management and forecasting, structure development, KPI establishment and measurement, strategic leadership and cross departmental communications. After years of increasing leadership roles and extensive work in transitions, openings and turn-arounds, I have demonstrated an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, assess and mentor teams, communicate effectively with operations, leadership and ownership groups, and provide a positive and effective financial operation to an organization.
