About Robert Tetzlaff

As a Technical Consultant at Tampoprint USA, I provide process training, evaluation, parts automation, safety, and product development for all things pad printing. I have over 40 years of experience in plastics, injection molding/tooling, material sciences, and Bioplastics for the last 20 years. My experience includes mechanical/chemical/electrical engineering with extensive experience in parts handling and printing automations. I have and do work many world class companies since 1982. I have extensive pad print production experience, having sold and installed pad print equipment to hundreds of companies worldwide. In addition to my consulting role, I am also the Director of Engineering and the Chief Technology Officer at Amdek Inc, a contract pad printing and injection molding company that I co-founded with my son, Wolf Tetzlaff, who is the CEO. We specialize in high volume decoration and plant based plastics, and we have made hundreds of part designs and tooling for injection molded parts. We build specialty equipment for ourselves and others, such as high speed pad printing systems that imprint tens of millions of parts every year. Amdek is a leader in all things contract industrial pad printing with extensive injection molding experience. My work the last 4 years has been to reverse the tide of forever plastics in our world. I am proud to say, we now have an answer for a vast portion of the plastic pollution problem we all face, especially our future generations.
