Background
About Robert Throne
My wife (Lorraine Olson, ME) and I (EE) joined Drury University to develop Drury's new Department of Engineering. We offer two degrees: a B.S. in M.E. and and B.S. in E.E. Our first class of 20 students just successfully completed their first year. Our goal is to develop engineers with the knowledge, capabilities, and desire to make a positive impact on the world. Our approach is to provide personal attention, small classes, and faculty focused on student success. For more information on the programs, see
